At time of writing (November 2023), I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (almost all plans except hospital-system tied HMOs), and having standing applications with Aetna, United Health Care (UHC), Cigna, and Medicare, which I expect to be completed and processed in the near future. I will update this page as the paneling process is completed with each insurance company.

Finally, I offer a very flexible self-pay option. I do what is in my power to meet my own needs with your own abilities, in these cases, to find what works for each of us.
