In individual therapy, I take a non-directive approach to you and your problems, the idea being that you are best poised to construct your own solutions, with myself acting as a kind of “sounding board.” I will not offer “advice,” per se, but will open new paths for each individual to manage their symptoms. For children as young as 5, adolescents, and adults of any age experiencing any or all of the following:

  • Sadness, loss of interest or pleasure, feeling “guilty,” crying spells.

  • Excessive worry, restlessness, panic attacks, physical symptoms.

  • Anger, infidelity, frequent arguments, in-laws, intimacy.

  • “Writer’s block,” career, college major, relationships, feeling “paralyzed.”
